CDE Specialist
STI Engineering srl is looking for a CDE Specialist On-Site
The selected candidate will be part of the company's Operations Team and will work on-site (near Milan), providing direct support to the client.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the implementation of the Common Data Environment (CDE) for the project, ensuring that all data is correctly stored, accessible, and shared among key stakeholders (both internal and client-side).
- Support the management of digital documents and information, ensuring compliance with security and privacy regulations.
- Monitor data quality and reliability within the CDE system.
- Provide technical support to internal and external users on CDE usage.
- Control data management processes and document workflows, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, IT, or an equivalent field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial or engineering consulting environments.
- In-depth knowledge of CDE systems (e.g., Aconex, ProjectWise, BIM 360, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with BIM processes and data management in complex projects.
- Proficiency in IT tools and document management software.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Availability to work on-site at the client’s construction site (near Milan).
